The annual health check & vaccination is mandatory before any pets may be boarded. All pets in our care must have up to date inoculations and certificates will be inspected at reception on arrival.  Please see our Terms and Conditions page for further details. 

Does my dog need the Kennel Cough Vaccination?

Yes, all dogs boarded must be vaccinated for Kennel Cough. The course of vaccination must have been completed at least four weeks before the first date of boarding or in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions.

Yes, you are welcome to bring along your own bedding, please ensure it is suitably labelled to ensure we don’t mix it up in the wash. We take no responsibility for lost or damaged bedding.

All dogs are exercised in secure paddocks three times daily, unless the owner requests less. All dogs are exercised individually or in family units, we never mix dogs from different families.

We always recommend continuing the usual diet to help maintain a normal routine. We stock a range of feeds and treats, which are available to boarders at no additional charge. The feeds we stock are Chappie (dogs) & Whiskas 1+ (cats). For treats, we stock Markies (dogs) & Dreamies (cats). Alternatively, you are very welcome to bring your own food and/or treats, which will be stored and prepared at no additional charge. There is no reduction in the boarding rate if you supply your own food or treats. You must inform us of any food allergies prior to arrival.

Absolutely, you may view our facilities during business hours – no appointment is necessary.

Yes, we will administer non-prescription medicine as directed by yourselves, prescription medicine will be administered as detailed by your veterinarian. Sufficient medication should be brought for the duration of the stay or to complete a medication course. We do not charge for administering medication, however if we have to arrange for additional medication a service charge will be added. We do not feel it is appropriate to board insulin-dependent pets.

Yes, we are open for boarders over Christmas and New Year. Please note the office is closed for arrivals and departures on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day. We charge double rates for Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day.
